About Us

Sentinel Capital was formed in 2012 as a real estate investment sponsor specializing in the acquisition and asset management of mid-market multifamily assets throughout the State of Texas.

Sentinel has followed a highly disciplined investment strategy sponsoring deals throughout the State, with a current AUM of over $350MM across 1,600+ multifamily units and 750K SF of commercial acquisitions and developments.

Over the past decade, Sentinel has owned over 4,000 multi-family units and 1.2 million SF of commercial space — with monetized assets realized of over $325MM. Sentinel’s executive team has over 40-years of Texas real estate experience, with a combined experience of +100-years.

Sentinel’s seasoned professional relationships give access to proprietary deal flow. Combined with our specialized and hands-on focus of operations, this has created trusted investor relationships and outsized returns for our clients. Sentinel utilizes a top-down market approach, identifying submarkets that benefit from long-term demand drivers, followed by a value-creation assessment of specific investment opportunities therein.
