Jackson Piper serves as an Associate Director at Triad Real Estate Consulting Group and Sentinel Capital, leading the identification, evaluation, and execution of multifamily investment opportunities across Texas. His responsibilities span sourcing and origination, financial underwriting, market analysis, due diligence, and transaction closing, as well as ongoing collaboration with the asset management team to implement value-add strategies and optimize portfolio performance.
Since joining the firm in 2020, Jackson has facilitated the acquisition and disposition of over $200 million in multifamily assets across major Texas metros and select secondary markets. His market insight, analytical rigor, and systematic approach have contributed to portfolio growth and regional expansion, including the execution of complex transactions in competitive environments.
Jackson maintains extensive industry relationships with brokers, equity partners, lenders, owners, and property management firms statewide, cultivating a steady pipeline of proprietary investment opportunities.
He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Houston with a concentration/certificate in Commercial Real Estate, and he is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.
Outside of work, Jackson enjoys skiing, hunting, and traveling with family and friends.
