Project Overview: Sentinel Capital is in the final design and permitting phase for Hufsmith Land Development. Civic improvements, including the primary road, are currently under construction, which will provide improved traffic flow and the utility capacities needed to maximize the project’s effectiveness.
Location & Scope: The site is strategically positioned on Highway 249 and just off Grand Parkway 99, providing access to multiple business districts and approximately 400,000 jobs within a 20–30-minute drive. The project sits adjacent to a local elementary school—considered during planning—and is expected to attract quality tenants including families and education professionals. Sentinel has designed construction drawings for 168 units, along with a full array of modern amenities, on the 9.23-acre parcel.
Design Intent: The vision is a modern, luxury-affordable apartment community that blends current-age technology with efficient construction, delivering competitive costs for tenants while supporting strong long-term operating performance.
