1101 Central Expressway South is a Class “A” two-story building totaling 56,838 SF, completed in 2006 and opened for occupancy in January 2007. The second phase of the development, it features a prominent flagstone entry capped with a standing-seam metal roof, mature native trees preserved on site, and integration with hike-and-bike paths connected to a creek-side park.

1301 Central Expressway South is a Class “A” two-story building totaling 48,048 SF, completed in February 2006.
